The problem
IKEA's last-mile delivery struggles with high costs, inefficient route planning, failed deliveries, and evolving customer expectations, making scalability and sustainability increasingly challenging.
The Solution
An autonomous EV delivery vehicle that will provide a cost-efficient, faster, and scalable solution that reduces high delivery fees and long wait times to address IKEA’s last-mile delivery challenges. By leveraging optimized routing and autonomous operation, it ensures affordable and sustainable deliveries for both small and large orders.
